A new home purchase is an exciting step in life, whether it is your first house, an upgraded house, or something you are downsizing to.
Customer Service and satisfaction are very important throughout the home-building experience and after you move into your new home. Your builder should make each step of the home-building process as easy and worry-free as possible for you.
From beginning to end, the home builder you decide to work with should be knowledgeable, open and honest about the stages of the build and efficient with realistic timelines.
When buying your next house, or selecting a contractor for a big home renovation, we encourage consumers to “look for the logo”. Our logo is a symbol only available to our members, who are expected to abide by a strict Code of Ethics.
We have a strong tradition of excellence locally, provincially, and across Canada. We have set a high standard for quality of construction in the Edmonton Region. We conduct a review of all our members in an application process and it is mandatory that all member builders are to provide third-party warranty coverage.
We provide learning opportunities, studies, reports, technical updates, and educational sessions for our members.
Not all home builders, renovators, trades and suppliers are members of the CHBA. Look for the Logo! It shows the company is proud to be a part of the association and the industry.
