Builder Technical

The Builder Technical Committee represents builders in addressing technical matters facing the residential construction industry in the Edmonton Region. Every member of the Builder Technical Committee is a lead on a specific initiative.

Are you interested in getting more involved with CHBA-ER? We are looking for volunteers to participate on the following Working Groups:

Regional Working Groups – Supporting advocacy work within regional municipalities including St. Albert, Stony Plain, Leduc, Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, and Strathcona County.

Government Relations

The Government Relations Committee leads the Association’s relationship with regional municipal political leadership and Administration, with the intent to influence municipal policy and regulations.

Are you interested in getting more involved with CHBA-ER? We are looking for member volunteers to participate on the following Working Groups:

  • Permit and Licensing Improvements – Work with the City of Edmonton and fellow CHBA-ER members to improve the permit and licensing processes.

Renovator

The Renovator Committee promotes professionalism, consumer awareness, and education throughout the renovation industry. The Renovator committee also plans, fundraises and executes the Charity Month Renovation Project every year in October.
