Laura’s attention to detail comes from the exciting world of fashion where she obtained a degree from the Los Angeles Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Laura is a lifelong learner and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and is currently in her final semester to finish her MBA. Laura has spent over 9 years in the residential construction and land development industry and is passionate about her work. If you don’t find Laura at the latest industry event or in class, you will find her with family, friends, sipping wine, travelling, or shopping the latest fashion trends.

Lisa has been a part of the team at the Association for 17 years and is the Member Services Manager. You will often hear Lisa talk about the value of membership and getting as involved as possible in some capacity. She has a passion for ensuring the members success and happiness within the Association. Lisa is the mom of two little girls, who keep her quite busy. Her favorite place in this world is visiting her Dad in Newfoundland, and her happiest days are spent with family, hiking any trail, or cuddling up to some classic horror movies.

Lindsey is your go-to for challenges with policies and bylaws as our Director of Government Relations and Policy. A municipal planner for 20 years, she has a deep understanding of what happens in Council Chambers and leverages relationships built through the years to problem solve collaboratively. Tenacious and pragmatic, Lindsey will test all the angles to find solutions to whatever issue you bring forward. After hours, you’ll find her reading cookbooks to whip up an over-the-top family meal to enjoy with her husband and two teenagers while they dream up their next travel plan!
Rohan Bachhal

Rohan's spent a decade diving into the ins and outs of the oil and gas industry, fine-tuning his skills as an instrumentation engineer. On top of that, he's steered his own ship in the home building world for five years. That mix of technical smarts and a knack for entrepreneurship defines his approach to pretty much everything he does. But when he's not knee-deep in work, Rohan's all about family. He's got two amazing girls, Celine and Sophia, who keep him busy and inspired. For him, it's not just about climbing the professional ladder; it's about leaving behind a legacy that screams quality and honesty, both in his job and in his everyday life.

Crystal is your welcoming point of contact, finding joy in assisting members. Crystal has been an Administrative Professional for the last 15+ years, with a background in Office Administration and Graphic Design. She's been happily married to her hubby for 18 years and is a devoted mother to two teenagers. Beyond her role as an Administrative Assistant, Crystal revels in her side gig as a photographer capturing cherished memories (with her own photo booth business) and indulges in K-Dramas to unwind. She is an also active member of the Church of Christ (Iglesia Ni Cristo).

In her personal life, Isha cherishes time with her husband and their 3-year-old son, sharing camping adventures, scooting around town, and yoga. Most importantly, she's a reality TV love show enthusiast and could chat your ear off about them, always eager for the next conversation.
