CHBA-ER submitted a letter to the Government of Alberta, Associate Ministry of Red Tape Reduction, as part of the "Cut the Red Tape" engagement process. The letter expressed support for the submission made by BILD Alberta and highlighted the following key areas:

Inclusionary Housing
Offsite Levies
Joint Worksite Health and Safety Committees
Condominium Property Act
Safety Codes Inspections
