Look For The CHBA Logo

When buying your next house, or selecting a contractor for a big home renovation, we encourage consumers to “look for the logo”. The CHBA logo is a symbol only available to our members, who are expected to abide by a strict Code of Ethics.

The CHBA-ER has a strong tradition of excellence locally, provincially, and across Canada. We have set a high standard for quality of construction in the Edmonton Region. We conduct a review all of our members in an application process and it is mandatory that all CHBA Builders to provide third-party warranty coverage.

The CHBA-ER provides learning opportunities for our members through Builder Breakfast, Lunch ‘N Learns, the Residential Construction Industry Conference. We provide studies, reports, technical updates, and educational sessions for our members.

Please note: Not all home builders, renovators, trades and suppliers are members of the CHBA. Look for the Logo! It shows the company is proud to be a part of the association and the industry.
