Leadership - Monday, February 3

Finding your purpose and passion

with Marvin Washington

In this fast paced world, it is very easy to get lost in many of the new age concepts about leadership. In my session, we will start with a very basic question, why are you here?

From there I will share specific tools and techniques that will help you to achieve the results that you are looking for. Our time will be informative, interactive, and fun!

Full spectrum success

with Stacey Berger

Has your business success come at the expense of your relationships and/or health? Would you love greater time freedom while you continue to grow your business?

You will leave this session knowing three tools that can help you achieve your goals and dreams. You will have greater clarity on what those dreams are and you will feel even more confident in the power that lives in you to achieve your goals and dreams.

There is a pattern, a system, a way of doing things that creates the results you want. Once you consciously understand what this pattern is, you can apply it to any area of your life that you want to improve

Need to know where you have been to figure out where you are going: how to become a reflective leader

with Marvin Washington

We often look at great leaders and we think we can never be like them. Often we say things like "I could never be like Mother Theresa, she was born special" or "I could never do what Bill Gates is doing, he was born smart".

The reality is that when both were in their early 20s (and for Mother Theresa, even into her late 30s) they would have said that they weren't "special".  So maybe, just like Mother Theresa, you already have something special inside of you.

In this session, I am going to help you uncover your talents and develop tools that can help you to become more reflective in your leadership.

Surviving and thriving in a new economy

with Corey Poirier

This session will cover:

  • The ways the economy and industry has changed in recent years and how we can (and should) adjust accordingly
  • The common traits of those who thrive during any economy
  • Cases studies on organizations who are thriving despite the rapid pace of change
  • How technology has changed our ability to respond as we would have before...and more!
